I had good days staying at this small hotel. Clean, great value property, the location was favourable and magnificent so close to the Central station and all the main attractions in Rome and several restaurants around the area. I liked the room, it was airy, had exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Coffee/tea making equipment and a washing machine were available in the kitchen.

The Smart Bb in Rome exceeded all expectations. The room and hotel were impeccably clean and neat. The breakfast options, especially the warm bread and yogurts, were delicious. The host, Isabella, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We received a map of Rome and helpful information about public transport. The location was convenient, with a market and train station nearby.

Had a great New Year's stay in this BnB-style lodging! The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from public transportation and close to all the main tourist sites. The service was outstanding, with the owner being attentive to our needs and offering helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was large and comfortable, offering a real home away from home feel.

Honestly, there wasn't anything to dislike about our stay. The external bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but that was mentioned in other reviews and we were prepared for it.
